Due to the popularity of our conferences and constraints on room numbers and conference facilities we regret that only Members of the CCTV User Group are able to attend the Conferences or exhibition.
Any payments made in error by non-members or before bookings can be accepted (April 10) will be re-imbursed with administrative charges deucted.
Exhibitors (Members only) are welcome to use this facility for the booking of their exhibition space but must be aware that this does not guarantee their attendance due to limited space. Booking of exhibition spaces is on the basis of receipt of payment so paying online may give you an advantage against those paying by other means. However, if when you make payment all spaces are already sold, will fully reimburse your fees without any administrative fees.
Exhibitors must not book spaces or pay online until the conference flyers are circulated. All payments received will be reimbursed (less administrative charges) and spaces can only be booked once the booking office is open.
Finally please note that our arrangements with the hotel are contractual in terms of room numbers and attendees and any subsequent cancellation of your booking will not be reimbursed if within 3 weeks of the conference unless we have a waiting list of persons wanting to attend that we could not accomodate. We will do our best to re-allocate your room and if we succeed will reimburse your fees, subject to administrative costs.
Please note the contract is between the hotel and The CCTV User Group and all discussions must be through the CCTV User group and not direct to the hotel.
Please also confirm by email the names and contact detail for all those from your organisation covered by this booking so we can ensure rooms are available in their names, personalised delegate packs and badges can be prepared, and delegate and exhibitor lists include their names. Day Delegate Fees - 1 Day: £100 +VAT
Attendance at Conference for 1 day, no accomodation or dinner.
Day Delegate Fees - Both Days: £150 +VAT
Attendance at Conference for both days, no accomodation or dinner.
Additional Nights Accomodation: £110 +VAT
Bed and Breakfast accomodation for additional nights before or after the event.
