Recognising Excellence Awards
Welcome to our 'National CCTV and Security Sector Awards Scheme'. This is a new, annual event, dedicated to recognising and celebrating excellence in the UK CCTV & Security sector. Our awards aim to highlight the outstanding contributions of individuals and organisations in various categories, promoting best practices and innovation within the industry.

Eligibility:
Nominations are accepted only from CCTV User Group members and are free to submit. Members can submit nominations in up to three categories each year.
Submission Deadline:
All nominations must be submitted by [Insert Deadline Date].
Judging Process:
A panel of respected, independent individuals, selected for their knowledge and experience, will judge all submissions. Judges must complete a disclosure form declaring any known conflicts of interest. CCTV User Group team members will not participate in the judging process.
All submissions will be evaluated and scored by judges based on the specific criteria for each award category.
Awards:
There will be one winner in each category, as well as a ‘Shining Star’ award for the runner-up in each category.
Guidance:
Guidance notes for completing nomination submissions in all award categories will be available in the members area of the website.

Award Categories
1. CCTV Operator of the Year, CCTV Supervisor of the Year and CCTV Manager of the Year - Recognising exceptional performance and professionalism of CCTV operators.
2. CCTV Centre of the Year - Celebrating the excellence of CCTV control centres in managing surveillance operations.
3. Security Consultant of the Year - Honouring consultants who have demonstrated outstanding expertise and impact in the security sector.
4. Security Manufacturer of the Year - Acknowledging manufacturers who have made significant contributions through innovative and high-quality security products & solutions.
Judging Panel
Our judging panel will comprise of an independent group of esteemed security sector volunteer experts. Their extensive experience and knowledge ensure a fair, thorough and transparent evaluation of all submissions.
